How do I make a purchase?

What is your return policy?

Please refer to our return and exchange policy at the footer (bottom) of our page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

No. MTM Ventures Sdn Bhd is unable to amend orders once delivery is in process. It is best to ensure that the correct order has been inputted prior to making payments.

The product I want is sold out! What do I do?

Know that we are working to get it restocked. In the meantime, drop us an e-mail at and we’ll let you know when it is in stock.

How do I know if my order is successful?

You will receive an automated email confirmation once your order is placed.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver nationwide throughout Malaysia!  If you do not get the postage rates upon checkout, just email us at This could be due to the heavy, large items.

We also deliver internationally, if you don’t find your country stated in the list, just drop us an email and we will get back to you soonest.

How much is delivery?

Postage charges are calculated automatically when you add the items to the cart and proceed to checkout. However, these rates are for destinations within Malaysia only, and rates will differ for overseas destination. Please contact us for shipping rates on overseas destination via 

How long does delivery take? 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 workings days upon confirmation and verification of receipt of payment. We engage third party courier companies for delivery. Delivery is carried out during working hours on week days excluding local public holidays, within 3 – 4 working days.

How do I track my delivery?

Tracking number will be provided for each order via e-mail upon delivery sent.

What if I’m not home at the time of delivery?

Deliveries are carried out through a third party agent. In the event that nobody’s home when the delivery crew arrives, our delivery agents would call to arrange another time of delivery.

What are your operation hours?

Our operation hours are:

Monday to Friday: 10am to 5pm (excluding public holidays)

Saturday: 10pm to 3pm

There are many types of wise chairs, what’s the difference?

Wise chairs are divided into sets and classes. The configuration is shown below.

How should the product be cleaned?

Plastic injection parts such as Jellymom chairs, trays and carts are gently foamed with neutral detergent and rinsed with water.
The softer part is made of polyurethane and should not be immersed in water due to the nature of the material.
Wipe gently with a wet wipe and dry in the shade.

Fabric products are generally recommended for hand washing in cold water.
Inevitably, when washing the machine, you must put it in the net to minimize the damage to the product.
Do not use oxygen or chlorine bleach. Be careful when boiled or soaked in water for a long time as it may cause discoloration and discoloration.
